Internet Explorer 6 has an option called "automatic image resizing" which is enabled by default. Unless you are running a video resolution high enough to view the complete image, IE 6 resizes the image to make it smaller. The main problem with this is that the algorithm it uses is horrible, and it messes up the large pictures. The other problem is that you have spent the time to download a large photograph, but you only get to see a smaller version. I recommend turning this option off.
